"Six Thinking Hats" is a book that aims to reach a fundamental idea related to focusing thinking and not mixing personal opinions and facts, positive and negative criticism, intuition and creativity. Intuition alone is not enough to make decisions. There is a need to control anger in making decisions. One of the harmful emotions expressing the disturbances of the soul is the emotion of anger, which tyrannizes its owner and makes him unable to issue well-studied judgments. The mind is the guide that guides him, and the correct judgments do not fall outside the self, but stem from it. In this book, the author discussed the work of thinking maps, which is a term for the maps on which the methods and patterns of thinking are distributed. The maps are colored and varied according to the type of thinking, and the colors are determined in the end, to include all variables, opinions, facts, criticisms and intuitions. In the end comes the role of the blue hat, the decision-maker who resolves conflicts and manages time. It is not enough to describe the phenomenon or the problem, but rather creates from it a conceptualization project that transforms criticism into creativity and addresses the problem as a starting point for the start of a new work, so that it does not have any clear similarities with the previous decision of a different problem. Thus, the successful manager aspires to find a critique based on the critique of creativity in order to create creativity. The colors of the six hats symbolize the following: The white hat: data, facts and figures. Red Hat: intuition, feelings and emotions. Black Hat: Negative Logic. Yellow Hat: Positive Reasoning. Green Hat: Creativity and Innovation. Blue Hat: Process control and decision making.Pdf books for androidapplications for androidAndroid Complete Books
